Releasing Patterns

June 19, 2009

Trust completely

that my basic needs will be taken care of

this includes money to pay bills and buy what is needed

Release attachment

to specific outcomes

this includes growing food in the garden

Learn to feel the difference between needs and wants

My work in the garden may not be about growing food (physical food). It may be more

about growing (expanding) food – as in feeling good

isn’t feeling good food for my soul?

food for life?

Release ALL the remaining threads of not deserving

knowing is something I haven’t been familiar with. It doesn’t need to be scary.

It could be okay to know. It could even be helpful and good to know.

I’m a team member

I’m a valued team member

I hold a piece no one else has

What if I screw up? What if I do it wrong?

Either because I wasn’t listening, I didn’t hear correctly or because I’m having a fit about not wanting to do it as directed?

I’ve always seen myself as THE PROBLEM

I’M NOT!!!!

I ask for help in shifting my perspective so when I see something – like a plant that looks sick, where a
deer may have eaten the top off a plant (did one get through the fence somewhere?), a new nest of ants, a fresh gopher dirt pile or another plant that been cut off by a cut worm – I notice and ask about it rather that assuming it means something is out of balance in my garden or in my life. It could simply be a part of the cycle of life. Nature is inclusive, not exclusive.
